The One Home Exercise Equipment You Can’t Live Without

Home workouts have increased in popularity over the past two decades. A lot of people simply don’t have the time or drive to go to the gym every day and therefore prefer to workout at home with little or no equipment.

It’s easier, faster, and you save the monthly membership fee for the gym. The most common exercise types performed in home workouts are bodyweight exercises. While bodyweight exercises are great to become healthier and get in shape, I still have one favorite piece of equipment that I would recommend you to integrate into your daily home workout routine: The Rebounder.

These little trampolines are amazing! While you might think about trampolines as a toy for kids, they have incredible health benefits. Here are 5 reasons why you should definitely get a rebounder:

1.

It activates your lymph system

The lymph system plays an important part when it comes to eliminating toxins from our bodies. We have about three times more lymphatic fluid than blood. The problem is, there is no pump that helps circulate the fluid throughout our body. Our lymph system relies on movement, so the more we move, the better the circulation of the lymphatic fluid and the easier the deportation of toxins.

Only 10 minutes a day will help to activate your lymph system.

2.

It increases strength

Through the increased G-Force (the gravitational load) your body experiences when rebounding you can strengthen your muscles. At the same time, it is very gentle on your joints compared to exercising on hard surfaces.

3.

It’s a great cardio workout

How often did you skip your cardio workout because it was raining, too cold, or too windy? Be honest here! With a rebounder in the house, you don’t have any excuses anymore. It’s a fun way to get your cardio in and you can easily adjust the intensity as well.

4.

It works your abs

Since you have to keep your balance while rebounding, you automatically engage your abs which leads to a great ab workout. In addition, you can twist your core from one side to the other to engage your obliques more.

5.

It’s FUN!

Let’s face it, some of us simply don’t like exercising. Which is sad, but I get it. Rebounding is a great way to bring more fun into your workouts. You can play your favorite music and go totally crazy on your little trampoline. There is no rule that says you can’t dance while rebounding, so why not?! Go for it! Have fun!

The easiest way to get your new rebounder is to order it online. You will find hundreds of different options starting from $20 all the way up to $500. I personally didn’t spend more than $40 on mine and it works just fine.

Start slowly with just 5 minutes a day and then bounce your way up to a full 30-minute cardio session.
