I love me some fruits for breakfast! This is a super easy recipe for a Smoothie Fruit Bowl. It will take you about 10 minutes to make (if that), is super healthy, and a great way to start your morning.
1 frozen banana
½ cup of frozen mixed berries
¼ cup coconut water
1 scoop Vegansmart chocolate powder (optional)
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (you might have to add more coconut water if it’s too chunky). If you like chocolate, you can add some protein powder to the mix. I love the Vegansmart products but any kind of protein powder will do. Pour in a bowl and garnish with banana and strawberry slices, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and Italian Cantuccini (or whatever you would love to add to your smoothie bowl).
